Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. All Returned/Exchanged items must include Return Authorization Form for your exchange or refund to be completed. Returns are acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the invoice date for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 14 business days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and any insurance charges when shipping items back to us.

Only unused, unwashed, and unworn items with tags attached may be returned or exchanged.

Due to strict government health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hosiery, panties or any intimate item that covers the crotch including but not limited to, lingerie sets that have panties of any kind.

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. We usually ship within 2-4 business days. Free shipping for all orders over $ 49.99 valid for U.S. orders economy shipping only.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
